Families are complex systems shaped by culture, life experiences, transitions, and relationships. I offer family therapy as a collaborative space where each member feels seen, heard, and respected. My approach is grounded in cultural humility, recognizing that every family brings its own values, traditions, and ways of understanding connection and conflict.

I am particularly attuned to the unique dynamics that can arise in families navigating cultural transitions, intergenerational differences, identity development, and shifting roles. I strive to support families in bridging these differences while honoring each individual’s voice and autonomy.

In our work together, we may explore communication patterns, strengthen emotional connection, address conflict, and build practical tools for navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, adjustment concerns, grief, and major life transitions. I also support families facing sensitive experiences, including infertility and loss, helping create space for compassion, understanding, and healing.

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and strengths-based. I work with adolescents (12+), teens, adults, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, with the goal of fostering healthier relationships, deeper understanding, and a greater sense of balance within the family system.

Family therapy is not about assigning blame, it is about creating meaningful change together.
